Staff were charming, everything was nice, the location was brilliant and right opposite the sea front. Exceptional view of side sea. I enjoyed having breakfast here, it was perfect. The nice swimming pool was available too. Reception was friendly.

the breakfast was amazing with tea, fruit, coffee, boiled eggs and granola, the bed was lovely. the room was very nicely furnished, very nicely furnished & the decor there was luxurious. this accommodation was in the riverside location. exceptional value in a shopping area.

Spotless property with great staff. The deluxe double room was regular double and regular double. Welcoming service during our stay too. Easy base for a wedding celebration, recommended.

An iron, a TV with satellite channels and a study table inside the deluxe queen room were handy. Don't forget to visit nearby More Than Cake, they have best coffee ever. We would return there as it was good value.

Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Location was GREAT! For dinner we visited Little Italy, set only 500 m away. 4 km to beachy head.
